: Exceptionally friendly service at check-in. Bed was very comfy! Had a refrigerator/freezer. Clean enough. Not too far from Old Town,
: Extraordinarily LOUD! Traffic all night sounded like a raceway, it was really bad. When the AC turned off and on it sounded like a bus starting scaring me to death every time it came on; and it didn't work well, at all. Rundown and in need of some TLC. The devil is in the details. It has such a great history, you'd think the owners would take a bit more pride in the rooms and outside. Also the neighborhood was not the best. I also thought it was much closer to Old Town, like walking distance, but I'm sure that was my misunderstanding not knowing the area.

: I like that thee were a microwave and fridge in the room.
: I picked this hotel, because of the good reviews, however, I was disappointed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up sore on the side I was sleeping on after 3 hours. It’s loud from the traffic outside. The room reek of something that maybe to covered the smoke smell in the non smoking room. Lastly, there weren’t many continental breakfast options. And there was no drinking water. When checking out the receptionist was irate, about my review.(I thought it was anonymous)I told her that everyone have the right to write a review and I just walked out. I stayed in many motels/hotels(every 2 to 3 months) in Albuquerque the past 7 years and I would never recommend this to anyone. There are nicer motels/hotels for lesser the rate.

  : friendly and helpful staff.
: added $25.87 charge to my card after I left. I did use their charger, but I thought that was complementary. They charged $115.54 for the night. I reserved my room back in the spring. They had overbooked and had to upgrade me “at no charge”. I’m trying to get in touch with them to have the extra charge removed..
