: A lot of street noise. The breakfast was extremely bad. People smoking pot. This facility was rated higher than it deserves.

Traveller Type: young couple
: Large, clean, well appointed room
: Hot water was "reasonably" hot, but not HOT. A minor quibble.

: The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast provided was plenty.
: Where it is located, It was difficult to find an Uber to pick us up from the property or we had long waits for pickups. However, it was doable to walk to Old Town (a couple miles) and the botanical gardens and on the way there is a great restaurant brewery spot called El Vado. The road is noise is loud at this property; however you can cover it up by running the AC or fan.

: Surroundings are not too great, situated on a main traffic route - has its pros & cons.

: The staff was friendly and they had a wall charger for my car that I only paid $10 for. The place was clean and spacious. It felt safe for a woman traveling alone.
: The neighbors were loud all night long which woke me throughout the night. I should have called the front desk, but I didn’t. The water pressure was poor, the towels were extra rough and they had an unusual smell. I paid $200 including taxes and that seems expensive for a motel experience. I was told the prices went up because of the balloon festival. I was just driving through town.

: The location was decent, close to a Main Street. The property can use many upgrades. The furniture was a hodgepodge of different pieces that did not match. Light switches that turned on light are located in different locations. The microwave did not work. No daily cleaning service unless requested. Breakfast was decent, but lasted only twoHours. Metal barrier around beds, which made a lot of noise if you banged into it. The shower head needs replacement, no decent setting for showering. The hotel staff was very nice, but the hotel needs upgrades. I feel I overpaid for these accommodations, but understanding given the event taking place at the time.
